Pront's Delicatessen is a family run gourmet delicatessen in Nov, Golan Heights. We have been curing and smoking salmon since 2016. With Dutch and Finnish roots, we have been using old family recipes and techniques to create the finest smoked salmon in Israel.

 

We enjoy smoking salmon and other fish, particularly gray mullet from the reservoirs in the Golan heights.
