Our hot smoked salmon comes in pieces of 100-300grams. This type of salmon is cured overnight, then smoked in a hot smoker with Pecan wood. It can be served hot or cold, as a starter or main course.

Our Dill and Blacl Pepper Lox is cured for 5 days then covered in finely chopped dill and plack pepper before sliced. It comes thinly sliced on a tray of minimum 200 grams.

Our Nova Lox is cured for 5 days, then cold smoked with Pecan wood. It comes thinly sliced on a tray of minimum 200 grams.
